Kathy & Tatiana and Kaisercraft!

Good morning!
In the main kit and the coordinating paper add on of the Scraps Of Darkness 'An Ocean Tale kit' is the beautiful papers from Kaisercraft 'A Mermaids Tale'

Tatiana and Kathy have both worked with these papers beautifully!!!

Tatiana added elements and paper from the Graphic 45 Voyage under the Sea to hers!

She combined these papers to show a beautiful photo of her daughter and a sand dolphin!  She also used rub ons from a previous kit, flowers from the main kit, chipboard and gears from the elements add on.

Kathy created a beautiful layout for her Book Of Me.

She began her layout by using one of the Kaisercraft papers from the Coordinating Paper Add-On for the background then trimmed it and adhered it to some cardboard.  She used a large, long piece of cheesecloth and glued it along the edge of the left side of the paper to serve as a base for her flowers, and also ripped off the lower right hand corner for more elements.

She applied clear gesso to the paper so that it would take the color mists better, then misted and splattered some Lindy's "Teapot Purple" on the background as well as some watered down gesso.  She then stamped around where the photo and mats would be applied.

She created her photo mats and title piece....

On the top right side of the photo she created a tiny flower cluster with some little gems.  The little white and blue Prima flowers were included in the Main Kit.

At the bottom right side of the photo she created another flower collage mixed in with some real shells that were included in the Main Kit.  The little starfish is from the Blue Fern Studios chipboard included in the Elements Add On... she first used gesso on it, and then applied some Silks acrylic glaze in "Wisteria", which came in a previous kit and added some little gems for sparkle on it.

She applied some netting shaped chipboard from her stash, that she painted with gesso.  She treated the chipboard nautilus shell the same way as the starfish.  She used flowers from the Floral Add-On and her stash and also used one of the Prima Melange pebbles that came in the Elements Add On.  She also popped in a real little shell that was included in the Main Kit and more gems from her stash to make it really sparkle.

She created a border of flowers, seashells and gems, including the flower sprig included in the Creativity Add On, and flowers from the Main or Add On kits, and her stash.
